Rates:

BASED ON UP TO TWO PERSON OCCUPANCY OF DOUBLE BEDROOM.

-Minimum booking is two nights. Kestrel cottage is $285 per night which includes a gas heated jacuzzi spa. Additional person @$50 per night. Max 6 guests. Additional rooms also attract a $50 fee per night

Carnaby and Boobook cottages attract the following prices

-$370 ($185 per night) for the first two nights, $165 per night thereafter up to six nights.

-$30 per night per extra person. Max 1 in Carnaby (single bed) and 2 in Boobook (bunk beds).

Prices based on 2 people sharing first room, queen bed. If additional room/beds are required, additional person levy is applied, $30 per night.

Extra charges:

We know that the vast majority of people "do the right thing". However, it is necessary to point out that extra charges may be incurred:

-Excessive cleaning- $50

-Lost key- $40

-Late check-out (without prior arrangement) $30 per 1/2 hour.

-Unreasonable damage to building or contents will be charged at the cost of repair/ replacement.

-CREDIT CARD DETAILS MUST BE PROVIDED BEFORE ARRIVAL. Extra costs incurred will be charged to this card.

Booking your stay.

-To confirm your reservation we request a 50% deposit by credit card, the balance payable prior to departure.

-We accept final payment via on-line banking, credit card and cash.

-PLEASE NOTE: As our cottages are freshly prepared and stocked for our guests, we regret we cannot accept bookings with less than 24 hours notice.
